I am going to graduate next semester with a bachelor’s degree in the field of psychology and I really want to start figuring out a career path that I want to take. I want to figure out a career path that involves the degree I am getting, but I am not sure if I will need more school in order to do that. I am trying to start getting an idea as to how my future will play out, so I need to do a lot of thinking, and being a sport psychologist is something that I have been thinking about a lot recently.
It just seems like something that I would really enjoy to do, and I want to learn more about how to have such opportunities in my life. I have always been a fan of sports, and also, I have always wanted to meet athletes. Read the rest of this entry »
So I recently moved in with my girlfriend. She is a couple of years older than me and she has a great job, except that she travels all over the place and most of the time I am at her place looking after her fish and her dog. In truth her last boyfriend was jealous of the dog, as she treats this basset hound incredibly well. The dog literally gets it own steak if we have steak. At any rate I need something to kill time and I just got a boardman mountain bike. It is just a new thing I am trying, because there are a lot of trails around her house. If you consider yourself a serious athlete, you are probably a highly competitive person. Part of your competitive nature is to want to be the best at everything you do. The most important step when designing a diet for increased nutrition is to hydrate. The majority of people do not drink enough water, which leads to serious issues. Your body cannot perform without water, particularly if you are trying to undertake any tough athletic program. When the body gets dehydrated, your energy level decreases.
